SCRANTON, Pa., April 29, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Peoples Financial Services Corp.’s Board of Directors (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a dividend of $0.39 per share for the second quarter. The dividend of $0.39 represents a 5.4% increase over the dividend declared in the second quarter of 2021. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2022 to shareholders of record on May 31, 2022.
